PKC operates a call center that receives telephone calls for various requests regarding prescriptions, refills, general inquiries and complaints. The call center is staffed from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, and all calls are received and handled live. After hours, our customer service representatives can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide various support and guidance to patients and families. Likewise, there is a pharmacist and a nurse available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies or clinical consultation.
