My son is a Type I diabetic and is now in better control of his diabetes due to Premier Kids Care. Before PKC his A1C was over 14, and since he started over a year ago on the Dexcom System he has significantly lowered it. He receives his shipment monthly...on time...and to top it off, I get a personal reminder phone call each month to let me know it is on its way. It is hard to find a live rep now days, and I get that here. If I have an issue or question I know I can call and they are always willing to help me out. If they cannot, they will put me to someone whom can.

This company is absolutely wonderful! I have been receiving my diabetic supplies from PKC for nearly 5 years now. All of the representatives that I have spoken with to confirm my orders have been extremely caring and attentive when listening to my needs. I always get my supplies and medication promptly. If there is an issue PKC will go out of their way to make sure they make it right. I am very grateful to Missy and Rachel just to name a couple that have gone out of their way to make sure life as a type 1 diabetic is just that much easier. Living with this demanding disease is hard so the small things and caring people make a huge difference. I couldn't do it without them and this amazing company!
